Proposal #2

As a result of inactivity, Arclantic's roleplay hasn't had any activity. Because of this, I propose that we delay the opening of Arclantic's roleplay. I have 2 reasons:

1. Many nations may be uninformed of the roleplay, which means we should take more measures to inform everyone about the roleplay
2. The number of nations: Even though Arclantic is a medium sized region, the activity mainly revolves around a few nations. I suggest that when there is more acticity and nations, we start the roleplay.

I hereby propose that we delay the start of the roleplay.
